Job Description
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices (I.e. Outsourcing of Payroll Vendor Implenmentation) Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Ensure employee data in Workday is accurate for monthly payroll process Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and Payroll system Update payroll on new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates Prepare and submit required reports and filings related to compensation and benefits. Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.) Support and maintain salary structures and job classifications for hourly employees.
