Job Description

Our client, is a global services and media company, is looking for a Generative AI Training and Support Specialist for their New York, NY/Hybrid location.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Come join a group of lifelong learners who are committed to providing Client with positive experiences with their technology. We are driven by a desire to support and enhance employee experiences through consumer-grade technology.

  • Design and facilitate live and on-demand training on generative AI tools, including (but not limited to) Client GPT, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.

  • Develop clear, engaging learning materials, including guides, job aids, and video content, for employees at varying levels of AI fluency.

  • Support the Generative AI Champions community group and other Tech Academy programs by coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and contributing content.
