BREW HOUSE HOURS OF OPERATION
Sunday - Thursday | 11am-10pm
Friday & Saturday | 11am-11pm
The Genesee Brew House is looking for a motivated Dishwasher. This position ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
+ Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
+ Maintain working area safe and clean; sweep/mop as needed
+ Maintain kitchen floors clean and dry ensuring timely wipe up and clean-up of any spills
+ Must notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse falls below safety standard temperatures
