Job Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical services within scope of practice as requested by the facility.
• Evaluate resident conditions and assist with treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements.
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Participate in facility orientation and competency requirements.
• Work assigned schedules based on facility needs.

• Physician Assistant Nurse
• BLS/CPR Certification
