- Conduct Land Topographic, Boundary, and Construction Surveys including As-Built Survey using total stations, GPS, levels, and other instruments
- Analyzing data using Plans, Maps, Charts, Reports and Software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs
- Taking Measurements of Distances and Angles on Property or Section of land in order to establish legal boundaries
- Marking and Delineating boundaries and reference points on a Property or Section of land/site layouts
- Maintain accurate Records of Measurement and Survey Results
- Presenting data to client and Preparing Reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information
- Attend Internal Project Meeting or Client Meeting when necessary
- Assist in resolving discrepancies between plans and actual site conditions
