As part of the Geospatial and Imagery Analysis team at FRONTEX, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support Frontex business units with geospatial-related daily tasks within accepted deadlines.
  • Creation and implementation of map templates based on stakeholders’ inputs
  • Map and cartographic products design and implementation.
  • Creation and validation of geospatial data by means of a geographic workflow process and tools.
  • Creation of geo-tools based on model builder or other technology.
  • Geospatial analysis and data integration.
  • Definition and design of geographic dictionaries and taxonomies.
  • Collection and maintenance of geodata.
  • Draft reports and documentation.
  • Advice on best practices, processes, and procedures
  • Participation in meetings with the project teams
