Responsibilities
- Lead compliance monitoring activities to ensure adherence to regulatory, customer, and food safety requirements across operations.
- Develop, implement, standardize, and continuously improve Quality and Safety policies, procedures, and management systems across multiple countries and sites.
- Lead internal, external, certification, and customer audits, ensuring effective corrective actions and sustainable compliance.
- Drive Quality culture and operational discipline through training, coaching, field presence, and continuous engagement with operational teams.
