Job Description
The Role: Ensure that the plant's quality systems comply with IATF *****, VDA, and OEM customer-specific requirements, while developing and promoting a quality culture across all administrative and operational personnel through training and awareness programs to meet increasing customer expectations.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality training and awareness system for all plant personnel.
- Maintain updated quality system documentation at all workstations.
- Participate in the development of new projects related to quality.
- Review and approve changes to control plans prior to documentation.
- Manage the implementation of engineering changes.
- Drive the use of quality tools such as error proofing, lessons learned, layered process audits (LPA), quick response, standardized work, and FMEA (AMEF).
