We are seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to provide quality rehabilitation services across inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, effective case management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional Occupational Therapy services for assigned caseloads (inpatient, outpatient, home cases)
- Conduct initial assessments and periodic reassessments (6-monthly for maintenance, 3-monthly for active rehab)
- Develop individualised rehabilitation goals and perform weekly rehab plan reviews
