The Role

They are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to drive business growth. You will be part of an experienced international team, responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals with new clients in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Strategy: Identify potential clients within designated markets and conduct research to understand their business challenges.
  • Client Acquisition: Execute strategies to acquire new clients, collaborating with Sales Specialists to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from initial outreach (calls/emails) to negotiation and closing.
  • Revenue Generation: Present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipelines via CRM to provide accurate forecasting.
