About the role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our international banking operations team in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering outstanding service across phone, email, and chat channels.
What you will do
- Handle inbound queries from German-speaking customers regarding accounts, payments, and financial products
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to cease complex cases
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience
What we are looking for
- German at C1/C2 level — written and spoken (mandatory)
- Spanish at B2 level or above (mandatory)
