We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic BPO/contact centre team in Cape Town. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support to a German market within the travel industry , assisting customers with travel‑related queries and bookings.
You will primarily handle inbound calls and live chat interactions , supporting customers with services such as flights, accommodation, and car hire .
