German Language expert
Must-Have**
- 3 to 6 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll
processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,
Workday, or similar preferred)
- Fluency in German
- Good understanding of: German tax laws, Social security rules
- Collective agreements (Tarifverträge), Wage types and statutory
benefits
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and
entering data.
- Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to
completion.
- Maintain employment records and individually handle HR
related queries.
- Attention to details and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment
- Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
