Responsibilities
- Converse with advanced language models on German language scenarios.

- Capture reproducible error traces.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in German language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
- Peer‑reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands‑on linguistic analysis projects.
- Clear, metacognitive communication (“showing your work”).
Compensation
Pay range: $8–$65 per hour, rate determined after evaluating experience and location. As a contractor, supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet. Company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
