Brief CSSR Job Description Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams. Assist passengers with pre‑ and post‑flight travel‑related queries in the customer relations department in German and English. Use airline reservation systems and handle voice calls in English and German; may include written correspondence. Receive fully paid product and systems training. Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments. Meet specific key performance indicators and maintain client service levels. Work in a demanding, time‑sensitive call centre environment. Requirements Native level fluency in German, including verbal and written skills (advanced level may be considered).
