About the role
We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Team Lead (player-manager) to join a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company within hospitality tech.
This is a step-up role for a Senior Account Executive looking to move into leadership. You will initially spend the first 3–6 months as an individual contributor , building deep product and market understanding, before transitioning into a Team Lead role combining sales and leadership .
Your responsibilities
You will play a dual role combining hands-on sales with team leadership.
Initially own the full sales cycle as an individual contributor
Transition into leading and developing a team of AEs and SDRs
Drive performance through 1:1s, coaching, and pipeline reviews
