Aftermarket Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end engine clearance from induction to release.
- Lead daily clearance reviews and remove material, technical, or quality blockers.
- Prioritize engines based on SLA commitments, AOG impact, and revenue exposure.
- Drive reduction of engine dwell time and backlog.
- Support material recovery plans for shortage‑driven engine holds and expedite critical parts and LLPs.
- Improve forecast alignment through SIOP integration.
- Escalate engineering dispositions and repair‑scheme approvals; ensure configuration compliance and service bulletin embodiment.
- Own compliance to contractual SLAs (TAT, OTD, AOG response, fill rate); develop engine‑ and customer‑level dashboards; lead performance reviews and recovery plans.
