SAP Training Manager (12‑month contract)
DELAN – IT Talent Hunters is looking for an experienced SAP Training Manager to oversee training for SAP implementations.
Mandate
- Develop the training strategy (target audiences, deliverables, tools, methods, etc.).
- Create training plans, schedules and coordinate the training and design team.
- Ensure project success by providing necessary equipment, environment, trainers, and logistics.
- Act as an integral part of the Change Management team.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Training Manager.
- Experience in SAP implementations.
- Good knowledge of datasets and testing environment management.
- Professional experience in large company settings.
- Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
