Own and build the technical infrastructure behind the business — from GoHighLevel automation
and funnel builds to API integrations and AI-powered workflows. This is not a support role.
You will be a builder who works proactively and thinks several steps ahead.
Key Responsibilities
✓ Manage and build GoHighLevel automation, pipelines, and agency account workflows
✓ Set up and maintain Zapier, Make.com, or N8N integrations across platforms
✓ Build websites and funnels creatively — not from templates
✓ Set up and manage tracking pixels across campaigns and funnels
✓ Integrate and maintain Dialer.io connection with GoHighLevel via API and webhooks
✓ Identify and implement proactive automation opportunities without being prompted
✓ Apply AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and system performance
✓ Resolve bugs and technical issues in GoHighLevel and connected systems
