Roles: GhostDraft Technical Lead

Location & work model: Toronto, Hybrid
Project Background:
Migration to GW Cloud Platform from GW v10.0. As part of the engagement, document production migration is in scope to migrate templates from SmartCOMM to GhostDraft
Key responsibilities:
- Define migration strategy and solution architecture
- Lead SmartCOMM GhostDraft template conversion and optimization
- Drive integration with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PC/CC/BC)
- Oversee development, code quality, and delivery governance
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
Core skills
- GhostDraft (DOCX templates, rules, composition)
- SmartCOMM migration experience
- Guidewire Cloud integration expertise
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management
