Job Overview
Under the direction of the Manager, MunicipalAssetsand Geomatics, the Geographic Information System (GIS) Coordinator will assist in the development and maintenance of the Municipality’s Geographical Information System. Working with internal and external stakeholders, responsibilities include the preparation and maintenance of spatial data, cartographic data entry, physical and online mapping, GPS data capture and integration, and gathering data from a variety of sources using existing spatial files, plans and databases.
