About the Role: On behalf of our client, Apple Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a GIS Technician to join a busy Place Shaping and Regeneration team based at Marlborough House.
The successful candidate will provide GIS and cartographic support services to assist with regeneration and land management projects, supporting the delivery of mapping, data capture, and geographic information services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: • Produce lease maps, vesting maps, redevelopment maps, Board maps, and flat/house sales maps
• Carry out site surveys for land and property acquisition/sale
• Edit and update the NIHE digital land terrier system
