Job description This role is responsible for providing support to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial reporting for a portfolio of companies.
Work closely with the rest of Finance team to ensure consistency and best practice is developed and maintained across the function, proactively driving the ongoing improvement of business practices and performance across Finance function.
Support activities relating to general accounting and timely period-end closing and reporting in compliance with IFRS, Group accounting policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
Prepare financial & management reports and related analysis and commentaries.
Your Day to Day- Responsible for period-end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
