The G/L Accounting Staff maintains accurate financial records through revenue and cost reconciliation, journal entries, and production reporting. Responsibilities include preparing monthly reports in SAP, managing prepaid expenses, daily cost encoding, petty cash summaries, and supporting audits and financial analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Must have a fundamental understanding of G/L accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Applicants with 1-3 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or reconciliation are preferred
- Proficient in SAP or comparable accounting software is an advantage
- With knowledge in cost accounting and revenue reconciliation
