Job Description
We are currently seeking a Vice President/Executive Director to join the Loan Negotiations Group (“LNG”). LNG sits within the Transaction Execution and Risk Management team (“TERM”). TERM is part of Global Banking and Markets (Private) within Goldman Sachs and is part of the firm’s “first line of defence” in managing risk arising from debt financing transactions.
This is a front line, client-facing position working with debt origination bankers and capital markets teams within investment banking to negotiate financing commitment papers, credit agreements and intercreditor arrangements for leveraged and investment grade debt transactions, select high yield transactions, bridges, emerging markets transactions, complex amendments and other similar products. In addition, LNG plays a lead role in structuring transactions and identifying risks and issues arising out of the broader transaction documentation, corporate structure, transaction process or jurisdiction.
