Key Responsibilities / Tasks- Develop and execute a global freight and logistics strategy for raw materials and traded products.
- Manage transportation spend and strategic supplier relationships and negotiate with carriers and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
- Oversee freight management processes, shipping documentation, conduct pricing reviews, benchmark rates, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead and coach the logistics team and meet suppliers, including overseas travel, provide weekly freight reports and coordinate with internal divisions for problem‑solving.
