ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Optimization and Documentation :
- o Create, update, and distribute process documentation and SOPs.
- o Regularly audit existing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- o Evaluate all processes for efficiency and automation opportunities
- o Lead improvement initiatives within IT
Data Analytics
- o Distill complex data sets into actionable operational metrics
Operational Data Reporting:
- o Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- o Generate a compliance tracking and reporting process.
Project Management
- o Supports global transition for assigned areas to include task tracking, dependencies, dates, owners, statuses, and risk identification.
