Job Summary

Global Business Process Owner (BPO) Director for Trade Compliance – responsible for designing, standardizing, and advancing MedTech’s system‑enabled global trade processes, with Global Trade Services (GTS) and SAP S/4HANA at the core. The role owns end‑to‑end trade compliance processes, drives deployment of GTS Edition for HANA (E4H), phases out legacy tools, and aligns trade controls to MedTech’s digital capability roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end trade compliance business processes (Restricted Party Screening, Export/Import License Management, Product Classification, Embargo Screening, FTA qualification) in line with Global Trade Controls Standards.
  • Implement standardized policies, governance models, and performance metrics to reduce process variation.
  • Lead the upgrade of GTS to the latest supported version (E4H/Edition 4 for HANA) and migrate multiple GTS versions toward a single global instance.
