The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a global semiconductor equipment manufacturer and they are hiring a
Global Buyer
to support NPI, CIP and production ramp. This role drives material readiness, supplier performance, cost and lead time optimisation within a fast paced, high mix environment. Work location: West Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary: up to $6,500 + AWS + VB The Job: Manage end-to-end procurement activities to ensure material readiness for NPI, CIP and production Issue POs, monitor deliveries and drive supplier OTD and lead time performance Review RFQs, analyze quotations and negotiate for cost, quality and delivery targets Work closely with engineering, planning and quality teams to resolve technical and supply issues Monitor supplier performance, drive corrective actions and support supplier development Optimize inventory levels, manage shortages and ensure smooth material flow
