The role requires handling customer queries via chat, email, and ticketing systems while ensuring high-quality service and professional communication.
Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 6 months experience in Non-Voice BPO, possess strong written and verbal English communication skills, and be willing to work rotational shifts. An Intermediate qualification is preferred.
