Job Responsibilities
- Manage the global transport control tower, ensuring full visibility of all international shipments, routes, exceptions, and overall transport performance.
- Ensure proactive detection of issues such as shipment delays, capacity disruptions, force majeure events, port congestion, strikes, vessel cancellations, and any other factors impacting transit time commitments.
- Communicate timely alerts on transportation risks and service impacts to stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Monitor real time transportation flows using P44, TE’s real time visibility platform, to ensure on time and accurate end to end tracking.
- Lead and manage global freight forwarders to deliver agreed service levels and operational performance standards.
