Banyan Software is seeking a Global Controller to manage the finance function across its software portfolio. Lead financial reporting, close cycles, and drive process automation globally.
This senior leadership role requires over 12 years of progressive controllership experience, including 5 years in a high-level position. You'll oversee the monthly close, compliance with USGAAP, and enhance financial systems using NetSuite and automation tools. Develop your team while integrating new acquisitions into our financial structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage global financial close, consolidation, and reporting cycles
• Achieve monthly close targets, pushing for process improvements
• Lead the year-end audit with seamless coordination
• Provide technical accounting expertise across USGAAP
• Mentor and develop a finance team of ten professionals
Requirements:
• 12+ years in controllership, 5+ in leadership roles
