Salary range: 105.000 - 140.000 EUR/base/y/gr
This position is part of the Essential Products business (Essco) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
Shape the insurance strategy of a global Essential Products business. As Global Director of Group Insurance you will help protect the business from financial volatility through insurance and risk financing solutions, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
**Your key responsibilities**
**Shape and drive insurance strategy**
+ Develop and continuously improve the global insurance strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite
+ Advise senior leadership on risk exposure, coverage adequacy, and market developments
+ Define governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organization
