Responsibilities- Lead a global edge delivery and operations team spanning China, APAC, EMEA, and AMS; formulate the team’s strategic roadmap, and provide comprehensive business and technical guidance to team members to drive goal achievement.
- Take full ownership of the build, operation, and maintenance of all global edge PoPs (including CDN, backbone, and IDC); continuously optimize delivery and operational SLAs to enhance service quality and reliability.
- Strengthen the team’s engineering capabilities in network operations and server operations, build robust automation capabilities, foster a culture of learning and growth, and elevate overall team productivity and efficiency.
