Main Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and education to advance strategic initiatives that strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance across construction programs.
Develop, implement, and monitor construction EHS programs, standards, and procedures, and support consistent adoption across sites.
Lead construction safety management implementation and facilitate best-practice sharing across projects and regions.
Integrate EHS management system criteria into project planning and execution, including contractor management, pre-task planning, and verification activities.
Plan and perform EHS compliance audits/assessments for construction activities track findings, support corrective actions, and verify effective closure.
