Global Engineering Lead/Director
Area / Location - Global (Location - ideally London or New York)
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible and Accountable for the Global delivery of Engineering services on the client account. Enabling the development and delivery of a global Engineering strategy to support the client's business ensuring maximum uptime and system continuity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as 'Trusted Advisor' and technical expert to the client team at all senior levels including GBSS Leadership and end user stakeholders.
Ensures delivery of contractual commitments including uptime, reporting, service delivery, KPI compliance. Direct responsibility for global leadership via a team of regional engineers through a regional / functional matrix management structure.
