The Global Head of Demand Planning leads the global demand planning function and orchestrates the end‑to‑end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across all markets. The role ensures accurate forecasting, close coordination with Supply Planning and Operations, and alignment between commercial, supply chain, and finance teams to support strategic decision‑making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Demand Planning & Forecasting: Lead global demand planning, ensuring accurate short‑, mid‑, and long‑term forecasts across all product portfolios; collaborate with regional teams; drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and bias reduction; own, enhance and implement forecasting tools and methodologies.
