In this role, you will:• Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Develop enterprise roadmaps, maintain standards for managing technical debt and govern lifecycle management of all major employee assets (Windows, Apple, Mobile/Tablet, Print).
• Partner with global procurement to enhance proper vendor governance, service commitments, and performance monitoring through effective negotiation of enterprise agreements with OEMs and key suppliers.
• Oversee warehousing and inventory management through efficient and standardized fulfillment processes utilizing best-in-class third party logistics partners.
• Establish global playbooks, operational KPIs and performance metrics to measure throughput, SLAs, and employee customer satisfaction
