Global Head of Equipment Engineering

Endress+Hauser Group in Reinach, Switzerland, is seeking a Head of Equipment Engineering to lead a central function that shapes production equipment design and implementation globally. You will spearhead a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with regulations, manage project lifecycles, and collaborate with internal and external partners.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s in Engineering and extensive leadership experience in industrialization, complemented by strong communication skills in German and English.
