Develop and drive a forward-looking Group Tax strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory expectations, and risk appetite.Provide comprehensive oversight of the organisation's global tax position, spanning corporate, indirect, and cross-border taxation across multiple jurisdictions.Establish a proactive tax risk management framework, identifying emerging risks and implementing robust mitigation and governance controls.Lead Group-wide tax compliance, reporting, and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency in all disclosures.Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including business expansions, restructurings, M&A, and capital optimisation projects.Oversee relationships with tax authorities, external auditors, and advisors, managing audits, disputes, and rulings with a high degree of professionalism and credibility.
