Global Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a Global Health & Wellbeing Manager responsible for defining and leading the global Health and Wellbeing strategy across all regions and functions of the company. The role ensures a consistent, evidence-based and preventive approach to health and wellbeing, while enabling local implementation in line with regulatory requirements, cultural context, and business needs.
This position ensures that all employees and contractors work in an environment that protects and promotes both physical and mental health. The role is accountable for shaping global policies, standards, and programs that safeguard our people, strengthen EHS performance, and support company's long-term commitments to health and wellbeing.
