Education and Experience
- Degree or accredited professional qualifications in Human Resources or related field with at least 5 years of HRBP with prior or current talent acquisitions experiences.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with lateral thinking and excellence in executions in multifaceted environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices in accordance with TAFEP guidelines.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Creative in navigating dynamic landscape. Open minded. Team-playing with the ability to connect well with people. Able to multi-task, independent and dependable.
- Must be willing to work in start-up environment.
