Overall Description:
Leads and manages the Global Hub People Operations Team and operations
Key Responsibilities
•Lead the Global Hub Administrators, ensuring quality and accuracy
•Guide and support Global Hub Administrators in day‑to‑day HR operations and HR administration processes using the relevant HR systems. This includes managing job and personal data updates, employee movements, voluntary terminations in the system, mass data updates, HR reporting, and similar activities
•Work in line with agreed processes and service levels and actively participate in day‑to‑day operational activities.
•Establish team KPIs, promoting continuous improvement across HRO processes
•Oversee said processes, meeting Service Levels and KPIs
•Review performance and resolve issues
•Support process enhancements and best practice implementations
•Provide guidance on complex cases and lead issue resolution
