EMEA Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a global FMCG organisation to appoint a Global HR Business Partner, based in Madrid, to join its expanding team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Global HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, supporting the delivery of local and global HR initiatives. The role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities, partnering closely with global senior stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
This position plays a key role in ensuring HR operations and processes are delivered effectively and in line with company standards. as well as supporting organizational design, talent management, HR transformation, and employee lifecycle activities.
