About the Role: We are seeking an experienced
Overseas HR Director
to join our corporate HR center of excellence and support the internationalization of our human resources systems. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of global HR frameworks, managing HR compliance across overseas subsidiaries, and leading key talent and organizational initiatives aligned with Wayon Energy's global expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee global human resources planning and system development for the data center business. Build and manage overseas operation service teams in alignment with business development plans. Provide guidance on HR system establishment, management, and team development for overseas factories.
