We are partnered with a world class IT Consultancy based in Spain and working with clients on a global scale offering MSP services. They are currently recruiting for a Head of Infrastructure who can come in simplify teams, use multiple technologies to improve efficiencies and help reshape the department quickly.
You’ll be managing a global Infrastructure department of circa 50 people across a hybrid on-prem first solution. This isn’t a role to just move everything into the cloud, You’ll come in and quickly gain an understanding of the infrastructure, the team, their ability and the issues. You’ll then put plans in place to upskill team members, improve technical knowledge, implement automation and help take the department to the next level.
You’ll work at senior level managing relationships with the big stakeholders but you’ll remain close enough to the operations to absorb what is going on from the Engineers and translate technical details in layman’s terms for senior...
