As an Investment Banking Analyst in the Taiwan Coverage team, you will develop strong relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and work across products. You will support transactions across the full spectrum of investment banking activities, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, divestitures, restructurings, and loans.
Job Responsibilities
Support senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing financing and advisory transactions across products. Prepare and develop pitch and execution materials to support client engagement and deal delivery. Build financial models and perform detailed valuation analyses for pitches and live transactions.
