Job Description
The Global Kaizen & Continuous Improvement Leader provides enterprise-wide leadership for Kaizen execution, capability development, and governance. This role ensures Kaizen events are strategically aligned, rigorously executed, and deliver sustained business impact across regions, functions, and value streams.
Enterprise-Wide Kaizen Leadership & Business Impact
- Ensure Kaizen activity is tightly aligned to enterprise strategy, quality priorities, and financial objectives. Partner with senior leaders to translate business problems into focused Kaizen opportunities.
- Lead and deploy global, cross‑functional Kaizen events (3–5 days) addressing high‑impact quality, cost, delivery, safety, and customer issues. Ensure Kaizen events deliver quantified results within 60 days, with validated problem statements, measurable outcomes, and sustained controls.
