The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields with 5+ years of experience in HR or L&D. The L'D Business Partner will assess learning needs, champion training initiatives, and enhance program effectiveness across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills are essential, alongside knowledge of local HRDF requirements.
