Role: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Santiago, Chile
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from the California, USA warehouse, ensuring compliance with export regulations and selecting cost-effective shipping methods that meet customer delivery requirements.
- Improve the quality of IFS Inventory Part Master Data by verifying the country of origin and uploading required images for export shipments.
- Support the LATAM warehouse team with export processes and collaborate with logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor ocean and air imports, provide clearance instructions, resolve discrepancies, and conduct post-entry audits.
- Troubleshoot shipment issues with freight forwarders and customs brokers, determine Harmonized Tariff Classification, and manage trade compliance recordkeeping.
